The Sahara trousers are a Lagenlook trousers sewing pattern.

Inspired by the soft curves of desert sandhills. As your eye follows the gentle movement of these natural waves, the shapes seem to flow effortlessly across the landscape. With this design, I wanted to capture that same feeling on fabric, a sense of movement, warmth, and freedom. When you walk in Sahara, every step echoes the rhythm of these graceful dunes, giving your outfit a flowing, desert-wind elegance.

Pattern info:

Pattern name: AURA 212 Sahara trousers.

This digital sewing pattern works beautifully with woven fabrics, and the relaxed lagenlook style pairs perfectly with an elastic waistband for easy, everyday comfort. In addition, the pattern includes sizes XS–4XL, allowing you to create your own fit with confidence. You’ll also receive a clear, step-by-step sewing tutorial, so you can follow along easily and enjoy bringing your new favourite pair of trousers to life.

• A4 paper Print at home file.
• US Letter Print at home file.
• Copy Shop A0 paper file.
• Copy Shop 36” roll file.

Please note: The pattern doesn’t have multiple sizes on one sheet. You must select the print pages according to the Table of contents.

Material:

1. Pants fabric weight 140-280 g/m². Width 1.4m or 56”. Woven fabric is recommended. Length of fabric: See the Measurements chart.
2. Waist elastic width 3 cm or 1″ ³/₁₆ measure 7.5 cm or 3″ shorter than the size of your waist. It can be up to 12.5 cm or 5″ for the plus sizes. To check the fit, wrap it around your waist and pin the end of the elastic together. It should not be too loose.
3. Thread in matching color.

Sizes:

• Sahara trousers with elasticated waistband has 8 sizes, XS – 4XL.
• The hip circumference is from 90 to 168 cm or around 36” to 66”. 
• The elastic waist range of the finished garment is from 80 to 150 cm or around 32″ to 60″. See  the Measurements chart.
• Trouser length from 81.5  to 89 or 32.6″ to 35.6 “, and it can be adjusted by lengthening or trimming at the hem.

*Elastic waist range is the full-length stretch. It could be a bit smaller than your hip size. You can try it with the measurement tape.
