I’ve called this lovely long-sleeved cross-front top Gabriella. It looks quite similar to the Gabriel jacket, but the construction is different, so Gabriella is much easier to sew. My initial idea was to create something simple, oversized and quick to make. I’ve also put together a turtleneck version so you can make it into a sweater for the autumn.

While it may share a similar aesthetic with the Gabriel Jacket—another one of my signature designs—the Gabriella boasts a unique structure that makes it easier to sew, making it ideal for sewers of all skill levels.

Inspired by a desire for simplicity and versatility, the Gabriella Top features an oversized silhouette that allows for effortless layering and movement. Whether you’re dressing it up or down, its relaxed fit ensures you’ll feel as good as you look. With fall on the horizon, I’ve also included a turtleneck option, transforming this lovely piece into a warm and stylish sweater, perfect for those chilly days ahead.

Sizes:

7 sizes =3XS, 2XS, XS, S, M, L, and XL
This pattern is available in just 7 oversized sizes. While it may appear to be one size fits all, I wanted to provide you with additional options.
The bust circumference of the finished garment is from 109 to 210 cm or around 43″ to 82″ See Measurements chart.
Top length from shoulders to back hem, 54 to 66 cm or around 21″ to 26″ See Measurements chart.
Compare your bust measurements to the Measurements chart and choose the size. The size of the finished garment should be bigger than your bust size depending on your preference.
*Remember Gabriella is an oversized style.

You will receive the following files in PDF format:

Gabriella Top description file for A4 paper.
A4 paper Print at home file.
US Letter Print at home file.
Copy Shop A0 paper file.
Copy Shop 36” roll file.

Please note: The pattern doesn’t have multiple sizes on one sheet. You need to select the pages to print according to the Table of contents. For A4 and US letter has about 17-31 sheets, A0 has 1-3 sheets, and 36″ roll has 1 sheet.
